About ComGrid in a nutshell
ComGrid is a software corporation having expertise in several areas including chemical informatics, customized enterprise applications and instrument control softwares. Some more information about us can be read below.
Profile
Since its foundation in 1994 ComGrid has been developing the modules of pharmaceutical tool Pallas™ which is used for ADME prediction. Besides the former Windows version we have made up several interfaces (for Linux, web, MDL® ISIS/Base) of the parameter estimative algorithms and compiled an SDK of Pallas.
Our first grid project, OpenMolGrid, was integrated the PrologP module of Pallas into UNICORE grid system. ADMEToxGrid is another grid architecture which calculates the ADME/Tox parameters of molecules of enormous libraries using available PC capacity all over the enterprise.
We developed custom EIS − namely databases and business logic for handling chemical and workflow data, together with web-based interfaces − for ComGenex (now called AMRI Hungary) and have been developing one for ThalesNano. Nowadays we are concerned also with adopting social software (particularly wiki) into corporate environment.
PIC microcontroller programming has become one of our main profiles recently. We constructed the internal control software of several types of ThalesNano instruments like H-Cube™ and X-Cube™ continuous-flow reactors.
